This chic, tastefully decorated 180m² residence is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy living room featuring a comfortable sofa perfect for relaxation, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. Large windows flood the space with natural sunlight, enhancing its inviting atmosphere. You can access a terrace furnished for outdoor enjoyment and a backyard equipped with a BBQ area.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and chests of drawers, plus an additional bedroom with two single beds. All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh yourself during your stay.

The house is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is an excellent location for those looking for a stay that includes sunbathing and for those who want to explore the north of Portugal.

Located in the Mindelo area, the house is close to the main roads that easily take you to Portugal's most Portuguese cities.

Following the A28 northwards, you can explore Viana do Castelo, approximately 55 kilometres away, a historic city famous for its Monte de Santa Luzia and translucent waterfalls. Braga is also around 50 kilometres to the north-east along the A7 and A3 and is an ancient city rich in religious heritage including the Braga Cathedral and the Bom Jesus do Monte Sanctuary and the imposing Peneda Gerês National Park. Heading south, you'll soon reach Porto, which is approximately 25 km away and is Portugal's second-largest city, known for its historic centre, Port wine cellars, gastronomy and the friendliness of its inhabitants.

The Mindelo Ornithological Park is 6 minutes from the property and is a nature reserve known for its diversity of birds and rich biodiversity, providing a vital habitat for various migratory species. The Vila do Conde Outlet shopping centre is just a 7-minute drive away.

On warmer days, and for those looking to enjoy sunbathing and the waves, there is the possibility of taking advantage of the beaches just a few minutes from the house, namely Mindelo Beach and Pinhal dos Elétricos Beach, which are less than 500 metres from the house.

For dining options, there are restaurants and bars such as Rest. Caravela and Restaurante Ruben Dunas. The location is convenient and offers easy access to stations to explore the area.

Situated just 2.4 km from the Mindelo station, this convenient location allows for easy access to transportation options for exploring the surrounding area. The property offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy their stay in this beautiful coastal town. The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 15-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
