The “Ottaviano” metro station is just 7 minutes on foot and two stops away from Piazzale del Popolo and Rome historic center.

The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable and relaxing location to visit Rome.
The apartment is composed of a double bedroom (bed size 160 x 190 cms), living room with dining zone, open kitchen and double sofa bed (bed size 130 x 190 cms - it will be prepared only in case of 3 guests booking), a bathroom with shower and a balcony accessible from the double bedroom.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV (no antenna channels), autonomous air conditioning (fan coils both in the bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating (through fan coils), oven, microwave oven, washing machine, Nespresso and kettle.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of € 100 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs € 30 to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
