JoJo Beach is an uber-stylish, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, located within an 8 minute walk to the bustling Arenal beachfront and its restaurants and bars.
On the first floor of a modern apartment complex, complete with communal pool and gardens, the property offers both a private underground parking space and a separate storage space, both of which can be easily accessed via lift or stairs from within the apartment block.
Inside, the sleek, open plan kitchen with American style breakfast bench looks towards the spacious lounge/diner, complete with comfy corner sofa and wood topped dining table. Outside, the open air balcony offers guests alfresco dining with views towards Montgo and the Javea countryside. The perfect space for cool lunches under the retractable awning, or starlit dinners on those balmy Summer nights.
Fitted throughout with ducted hot/cold air-conditioning, the apartment's shared spaces and bedrooms are a cool retreat from the heat of the Summer sun and a cosy heaven in Winter, when the nights are cooler. Quality mattresses and built in storage are a given in all three bedrooms, whilst the master en-suite and shared family bathroom offer guests large, walk-in showers and quality fixtures and fittings.
JH Loves: The cool interiors and fabulous location; within a 4 minute stroll to a well known supermarket, and within 8minutes to the beach, the location of this stylish apartment could not be better.
JH Top Tip: Use the handy underground storage space to store your sandy beach gear.. This is also the perfect place to safely store bikes and other sports equipment throughout your stay.
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
