A gorgeous, family home with 2 bedrooms and an office in the bustling cathedral city of Exeter. With a south-facing, walled garden, this Victorian house provides a relaxing space to return to after a busy day exploring. Situated in the popular residential area of Heavitree, an array of nearby coffee shops, independent stores and pubs are just a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for those who like to stay away from the hustle and bustle, without being too far out of town.

This traditional home has been decorated in neutral tones to provide a welcoming and airy space. The entrance leads onto a hallway with the lounge, kitchen and dining area all on the ground floor. The family bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. There is a back door to the fully enclosed garden. Stairs to the first floor open onto 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom also has an ensuite. There is a sofabed in the lounge for additional guests to use. This will not be made up, but left as a sofa. However, the duvets and pillows will be dressed with linen ready to use.

The fully equipped kitchen has a generous dining space, where the family can come together and enjoy meals after a busy day sightseeing. The garden is simple and low maintenance providing a tranquil place to relax in the evening sun. There is a raised patio area with garden furniture and a lawn where children can play. The 2 bedrooms are well portioned and each have a double bed. There is also a separate office, meaning this home lends itself well to those who need somewhere to work form home, or catch up on some emails.

There is a Lavazza Pod coffee machine for guests to use should they wish. We do not provide coffee pods.

The home and garden is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any spaces with anyone else.

Early check-in and late check-out requests. We charge an additional £20 for any requests that are granted in advance. Please message us through Airbnb messaging to see if we can accommodate your early check-in/late check-out request.

This is self-catered accommodation. The home is equipped with small hand soaps, a couple of toilet rolls per bathroom, and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners and salt & pepper. If you want anything specific, such as liquid hand soap or kitchen roll, please ensure you bring this with you for your stay. We do not top up consumables once the basic provision has run out, this includes toilet rolls.

If you wish to extend your stay, you must check with our team. The earlier you check, the better as we are sometimes unable to reschedule cleaning to suit. We must provide at least 24 hours notice to our cleaners.

Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
