Ideal for a family holiday, enjoy the beach on foot. This beautiful bright and independent house is completely renovated.

It has a plot of 1000m2 and is situated in a quiet closed ideal for families.

On the ground floor entrance with closet, large living room of 35m2, a fully equipped kitchen. A large room, which can also serve as a second living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a large laundry room with dryer and washing machine. All rooms overlooking the garden without vis-à-vis.

Upstairs 3 large bedrooms, including a child's room that communicates with two additional sleeping spaces. A shower and a toilet.

Nouvel an entre amis avec enfants

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour le nouvel an dans cette agréable maison de Sarzeau très bien équipée. Nous avons notamment apprécié d'avoir une cuisine très bien fournie, et des jeux pour les enfants. Nous étions 6 adultes, et 6 enfants (2 bébés, et 4 enfants de 2 à 5 ans). Il est notamment appréciable d'avoir un salon suffisamment grand et une grande table pour recevoir tous les convives. La communication a été très fluide.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans cette location. Très bien placé et super boen bien équipée (ustensile de cuisine, jeux, jouet, placard...). Literie confortable. Seul bémol : des toiles d'araignées (et parfois la belle araignée qui va avec) un peu partout dans la maison

Maison très bien située

Cette maison est idéalement située pour aller à la plage à pieds avec des enfants. Elle est très bien équipée. Le quartier est calme. Par contre, elle est plus éloignée des commerces. Nous y avons passé d excellentes vacances.

Ein toller Urlaub mit drr Familie

Wir haben einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist toll gelegen und super ausgestattet. Für die Kinder waren eine Menge Spiele vorhanden und die Strände in der Umgebung haben uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall gerne wieder mieten.

Belle maison!

Belle maison bien équipée, presence de nombreux jeux pour les enfants qui aident à passer les periodes à l'interieur. La dispo des chambres enfants n'est pas super pratique quand il y a une difference d'age, mais on s'en sort bien quand meme. Dommage pour le trampoline disparu qui a fait une deception!

Idéal avec enfants

Proche de la plage, grand jardin avec un trampoline, nos filles ont adoré. La cuisine est bien équipée, la maison est agréable. Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem schönen Haus in guter Lage! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Wie beschrieben sind es 400m bis zum Strand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Insgesamt kann man einen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen!

Maison pour enfants .

Cette maison est vraiment conçue pour la tranquillité des parents : autant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur tout est fait pour divertir les enfants : balançoire et trampoline dehors ,livres et jeux de société à l'étage. Maison très bien équipée en cuisine , chambre spacieuse et garage très pratique pour le retour de la plage. En plus très bon accueil de Mr Le Jalle. Parfait pour des vacances cool.

Maison agréable

Maison idéale pour les familles, proche de la mer. Cuisine très bien équipée. Ménage à revoir : la machine à café n'a pas été nettoyée, le filtre à café était moisi, certains oreillers devraient être changés. En raison du COVID, il aurait été préférable de mettre des taies jetables. Il n' y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain du 1er étage. Nous avons dû nettoyer le réfrigérateur car il y avait des éclaboussures sur les parois du fond.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour, la maison et son agencement répondaient à notre attente.Les enfants se sont bien plus, car ils avaient de quoi s'occuper. Seul la météo n'était pas au top.

Très bon séjour dans la villa, très bien située avec jardin clos ;Très bien pour recevoir une famill

Très bon séjour La maison ne craint rien avec de jeunes enfants ! Manquent des clés pour fermer les salles de bain ! Et les portes ne ferment Pas bien (un petit coup de rabot sur celles ci serait bienvenu !)
