Fabulous Bungalow Norwich

Fabulous, detached bungalow nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac is close to Norfolk & Norwich hospital, University of east Anglia, the A47 & A11 are within a couple of minutes’ drive.

It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day in the centre of Norwich which can be reached very easily by car or public transport.

There is a bus stop less than 5 minutes’ walk. The bus runs into the city centre using a bus lane.
The beautiful Marston Marshes can be reached with a 6 minutes’ walk.

There are three full sized bedrooms one with a king size, two with a double bed.

On request highchair, bed guard and Travel cot can be provided.

We have a very modern fully equipped kitchen with a Gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, the usual small appliances kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine, a tabletop freezer can be found in the hallway cupboard.

The bathroom has a mains shower with two heads one being a rain effect and a wash hand basin. The WC is a comfort height and is located separately.

The living area is light and bright with a comfortable corner sofa that will comfortably seat 6, it’s a great space to relax and watch Netflix which is provided on the 43-inch smart TV.

Set back from the living area is a spacious dining area with plenty of space to enjoy family meals or takeaways with friends.
The Bungalow has no steps or trip hazards so suitable for the less mobile and families with young children.

To the rear is a beautiful fully enclosed garden with a patio to sit and relax.
The bungalow will be for your sole use and no part is shared with anyone else.
Parking is free at the property.

The property is a home and located within a residential area, you may find occasional personal items left by the owner. Please do enjoy your stay and treat as you would your own home.

The bungalow is suitable for those with limited mobility. The only raised area is stepping into the shower, please note it is not wheelchair adapted.

Please refrain from smoking and vaping inside the house. We are also unable to accept pets.
