- Kitchen:Fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine.
- Downstairs WC: Conveniently located for easy access.

- First Floor:
- Master Bedroom: Includes a double bed and a private en suite shower.
- Second Bedroom: Another comfortable double bedroom.
- Additional Shower Room: Modernized and easily accessible.

Amenities:
- Parking: Allocated parking space available. We can also arrange residents' parking permits for up to 2 extra cars at £5 per day per car.
- Self-Contained Experience:Keys are available in a key safe box, with the code provided prior to your arrival.
-Communication: Quick responses to guest queries via the AirBnB app during the day.
- Location: Southwood Lane is a quiet lane in Montpellier, with Cheltenham's best bars and restaurants just a stone's throw away.
