- Parking: Visitors parking spots (1st come 1st served) available outdoor on the driveway or on street permit parking, free from 17:30 to 08:30. For other times please enquire!

- No pets allowed.
- No smoking indoors, only out at the back patio or rear communal garden.
- No shoes in the apartment.
- Quiet time between 10pm - 8am.
- Local bookings in London would not be entertained.
- All guests must be at least 21 years of age.
- Government ID (with verified address) must be supplied prior to your check-in for verification as per UK Tourism rules.
- Refundable Security deposit of £300 by bank transfer or via Airbnb is required prior to check-in.
- Our Terms of Service must be signed at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
- We DO NOT cater for any parties or events at our properties. CCTV installations are present at the property and noise monitoring devices installed within the property to vigorously and actively monitor and detect any noise nuisance 24/7. If excessive noise above the threshold is detected, our guests would be asked to leave immediately, their stay forfeited and no refunds would be given as per our Terms of Service.
