Very relaxing with views of Victoria football ground and lot of bird in the small 🌳 at back of property its very close to shops ,lidi,,local shops, pubs ,restaurants, best pub and restaurant is only 5min walk bregend Brechin, library 10 min walk town centre 10min walk ,park's, walks, Riverside walk, overall beautiful town and we have newly opened hub next door that has shop and cafe 😀
