Sandepark 151 or “Villa Matisse” is a stylishly furnished holiday home on a plot of approximately 600 m2. The house is quietly located on the edge of the Sandepark in Groote Keeten, about 1 km from the beautiful beach. The detached beach villa is comfortably furnished for up to 8 people and ideal for large families with children. The large, cozy garden is completely fenced and offers you a lot of privacy. The living room is modernly furnished with a spacious seating area with fireplace and flat screen television. For a real outdoor feeling, the house has French doors on two sides of the living room to the garden and the surrounding terrace, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. There is a nice, large dining table where you can all enjoy a meal together. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with a nice shower. In the hallway you have access to a 2nd toilet. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating. The 1st floor can be reached via a fairly steep staircase. On this floor you will find the other 2 bedrooms. There is a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The beautiful, sunny terrace is partly covered and has several seating areas with garden furniture. It is not difficult to immediately get into the holiday mood when you see the lovely, large garden with 4 sun beds! Villa Matisse is a holiday home with an enclosed garden especially for dogs and children. Two dogs are allowed here. Furthermore, there is a washing machine, crib, high chair and handcart. You can park on your own property. In short: a nice family home for a holiday by the sea!
