Residenza Alex is a completely-renovated private house, located in the center of Querceta, just 3 km from Forte dei Marmi and its famous beaches. Furnished in a modern-minimal style, it is spread over 3 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is equipped with Internet Wifi, air conditioning, and volumetric and perimeter alarm. Pets are not allowed.

The ground floor hosts an elegant open-space living area with sofa, dining table, large smart tv, air conditioning, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with: induction hob, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, and freezer.
Also on this floor there is a bathroom with shower, and a built-in wardrobe with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
On the upper floor you will find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), wardrobe, large smart tv, and air conditioning.
The top floor consists of a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), two windows, skylight with electric shutter, large smart tv, and air conditioning.
Free public parking is available just in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
