It can rightly be called a penthouse with a beautiful view over the Dunes, lots of space, double balcony, fully equipped. The Penthouse also has a nice Wellness in the form of a luxurious Finnish sauna. The penthouse is literally at the foot of the Dunes and can accommodate 8 people. From the elevator you enter your accommodation directly. The spacious penthouse is luxuriously furnished with a spacious living area, two sitting areas and a nice dining table in the center of the room. The semi-open kitchen is extremely complete. From both balconies you have a sublime view over the beautiful polder landscape and the beautiful dunes of Groote Keeten! The penthouse has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms including a bath and sauna, both directly accessible from a bedroom. There is also a guest toilet in the penthouse. There is a washing machine and dryer in the storage cupboard. You have both a garage and a private parking space at the complex. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. This unique penthouse has everything for a luxurious holiday by the sea.
