Visit the Seaford Museum housed in a Martello Tower, with items on show from pre-historic times right up to the present day; there is even a Victorian school room and wartime kitchen to explore. Herstmonceux Castle is less than 30 minutes away, with regular events, including Jousting Days and is home to the Observatory Science Centre. With excellent road and rail links to London and along the coast from Eastbourne to Brighton, Seaford offers the perfect place to stay while exploring Sussex and beyond.
