Beautiful Villa Mara with pool in Sv. Lovrec

Villa Mara is located in Perini, not far from Sveti Lovreč. This stone villa combines traditional elements with modern functionality and offers you excellent accommodation for a truly relaxing vacation. The villa's many amenities offer each guest the opportunity to choose how they want to enjoy themselves, whether it's in the outdoor pool, on deck chairs on the terrace, or playing table football or badminton. The other two bedrooms are on the 1st floor and one of them has access to a spacious balcony overlooking the garden and pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV, and there is also a cot in the bedroom on the ground floor. The ensuite bathrooms are spacious and include toiletries. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other two have showers, so guests can choose what suits them best. The villa also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The grounds of the villa cover an area of 1100m² and offer many amenities for outdoor enjoyment. The pool is 1.4 meters deep and is surrounded by deck chairs, making it an ideal place to relax in the shade or to sunbathe. Not far from the villa you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Lim Bay or go in the other direction to visit Poreč.
