This 3 Bed Traditional Country Cottage is located in the lovely quiet village of Leek Wootton, just a 10 minute drive from Historic Warwick & Leamington Spa.

The property is well equipped throughout with all you need for a home away from home experience. Stratford-upon-Avon & Kenilworth are also just a short distance away.

The property also benefits from having two designated parking spaces directly outside.
The space
There is a King sized bed, along with a Standard Double and a Single bed. The property sleeps 5 people in total with a shared bathroom.

There is a lovely lounge downstairs and a well equipped kitchen along with plenty of seating making it a perfect entertaining space.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the whole house during their stay.

Keys are accessed via a secure Lock Box, details of which are provided 24 hrs in advance of your stay.

Please note that Bin collection day is MONDAY, please ensure the bins are placed outside ready for collection on SUNDAY EVENING

The town also boasts plenty of amenities, including a multitude of shops and eateries. Visitors will enjoy venturing through the cobbled streets and strolling along the quaint River Avon that runs through the town. Featuring its own railway, visitors have easy access to neighbouring towns and cities: Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa and Coventry

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
