Come and enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 1 bedroom/ 2 bath corner condo unit with wrap around balcony with spectacular ocean views.
The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed with its own private full bathroom + it offers a second full guest washroom. The living room and dinning room are fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. Guests can start the day with a round of Golf and later enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the beach to end the day with views of the ocean from the very spacious balcony. Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions. Optional availability: Spa & Sport Center (gym, yoga, spinning, pilates, aerobics and all the amenities in it) 7 days a week. Free transportation to/from the Resort and El Tigre Golf course.

Staying in Paradise

This was my first stay at Playa Royale after having just sold my own condo at Villa Magna in Nuevo Vallarta. Loved the quietness here which is what I was looking for and Frank & Isabel were great to work with and very responsive. I can’t say enough about how much I really enjoyed staying in your home in Paradise! The way you have decorated and all that you provided for my stay really makes one feel that they are at home and with just the windows open I was able to sleep very comfortably. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in your condo and hope I may have the opportunity to stay again soon!

Quiet and lovely

Playa Royale’s property is truly an oasis. It’s maintained beautifully and very easy to navigate. Our unit was adequately furnished with every comfort included. Many cups of coffee were sipped on the deck in the morning and happy hour drinks and dinners in the evening. Loved walking to the open air market to purchase shrimp and pasta and making a few meals in the well appointed kitchen. The beach is beautiful and finally figured out the palapa color coding and resigning ourselves to the back row. Frank and Isabel are easy to communicate with and helpful with questions. We’d love to return!

Great one bedroom condo

Great third floor end unit with a wraparound balcony overlooking well manicured gardens, the pools and ocean. Very comfortably furnished and well stocked with household supplies, including two beers in the fridge! An information package provided by the owners was very informative. The Playa Royale staff were all very pleasant and helpful. This unit can be highly recommended.

This unit is perfect for 2 people. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc for cooking. The king bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic Stay

This property was spotless, serene and in a spectacular location. Beachfront on the most beautiful sandy beach. Our dealings with the owners were wonderful. They were quick to respond whenever we messaged them and sent us detailed info on everything we needed to know to have the best stay at their place. Walking distance to Paradise Village Mall, Market and some restaurants. We were just a 5 min. taxi ride from many other fabulous restaurants as well.We had the greatest time and enjoyed all the area had to offer. Thanks so much to Isabel and Frank and to all the staff at Playa Royale for making our trip so very enjoyable. We plan on returning again and again.

Beautiful Vallarta

Very relaxing and sunny vacation at Playa Royale. The accommodations were perfect. Everyone at the resort were very concerned about COVID precautions and we felt safe and comfortable. Our hosts, Frank and Isabel, are very attentive to all details and responded quickly to our questions. We will book here again for sure.

A true ‘gem’ in Paradise!

This exceptional 1 bedroom corner unit is situated on the 3rd floor in the main building and has a large double balcony overlooking the manicured tropical gardens, palms, and peek view of the kids pool area. Gentle breezes from the dual patio doors provided comfort without using the AC throughout our stay. The living areas were very spacious and the modern kitchen well-equipped for dining in. Access to a superior walking beach, large pool area, beach club, nearby shopping and restaurants made our stay perfect in every way. Isabel is a wonderful host and was quick to answer any questions or concerns. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in this condo and hope we may have the opportunity to stay again soon! Kevin & Mary W. 🇨🇦

Beautiful Condo. Hear the Waves Crash!

We stayed for a week just after Christmas. And this place was stunning!! Super clean with great comfortable furnishings and a very well appointed kitchen and super spacious overall. Even 2 bathrooms which was so nice! The balcony was huge with 2 lounge chairs and a dining table overlooking a fabulous view of the palm trees and pool And ocean too. We left the sliding door open most of the time and it was so nice when we went to sleep bc we could hear the ocean waves crashing all night. We could also walk to many good restaurants. Beautiful beach with lounge chairs and palapas. Just loved everything about this place. I highly recommend staying here. You’ll be very pleased. Super impressed. Isabel was a fantastic host. Very easy to work with, available and just plain lovely to do business with. I’d rent this again in a NY minute. Thank you Isabel for a memorable vacation.

"The Best of the Best"

This is the 5th time we have rented at Playa Royale and it just doesn't get any better than staying here. The overall rental experience has always gone extremely well and we were not disappointed this time with Frank & Isabel. They go above and beyond for their guests to make your stay memorable. Their condo is spacious, well equipped, especially in the kitchen and has excellent wifi, which is important to most of us today. If your looking for one of those vacations where everything goes right? I suggest you start here.

First class condo in a first class complex.

Thank you Isabel & Frank for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. A quiet and scenic location overlooking the kids pool and the gardens complete with a view through the palms to the larger pool, the beach and the sea. Condo was well equipped with new appliances and was very comfortable. Complex is within easy walking distance to some nice restaurants and the shopping centre. All staff were friendly and efficient. We rate this complex and this condo very highly and expect to be back again in the future.

Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful 4 weeks at Playa Royale. Frank and Isabel’s Condo is great. The property is very well kept, staff very friendly and helpful. Walkable to restaurants, bus is close by. Make sure to take in the Tuesday market across the street and make use of the BBQs if eating in. Our 4 weeks wasn’t long enough. Virginia and Bill

Friendly beachfront relaxation

Low-key, lovely environment for a family vacation where you don't want to have a loud party going on all day. Nice area with access to everything and flexible enough to go on foot or by taxi. The suite is spacious with lots of sun on the veranda late in the day, well run buildings and friendly staff.

PERFECT! You Won't Want to Leave!

OVERALL: 5+-stars! STAY: 8 Nights PRO: Spacious, clean, over-sized showers, laundry, fully-stocked kitchen, security, king bed, tons of closet/drawer space, over-sized patio, corner unit, perfect pool and beach. CONS: You won't want to leave! Stayed over the Christmas break week, and immediately felt on vacation the moment we set foot on the property. You will not be disappointed, and we felt like we got so much more than we expected. The unit itself is bigger than I expected and completely worked for our family of 4 (two kids under 7), very large master bedroom, two bathrooms, good sized kitchen and spacious patio. The property itself is also VERY clean, staff are amazing (especially concierge Marlen), and we felt VERY safe with security. Even though we were there over a very busy week, property itself did not feel crowded at all - plenty of space around the pool, and beach location was perfect as well for not being too busy - if you look down the beach, you can see the difference. Being in the middle of the "hotel zone" you've got plenty of options to walk to for restaurants, groceries etc. We tried a different place almost every night and were never disappointed. I greatly appreciated the option to use the golf course country club facilities. I'm also a runner, and you have plenty of options of where to run in the area as well (obviously including the beach!) We've done a ton of travelling with our boys, rented our share of houses and hotels, and honestly, Isabel and Frank have a sweet spot here. I'd have to say this is one of the best places/units we've ever rented and we can't wait to go back - perfect, perfect, perfect!

Comfortable, clean, quiet

We had a wonderful stay at Playa Royale. The condo complex is very well maintained as was our unit, so clean and comfortable. The corner unit has a great deck, always a beautiful breeze.
