THE APARTMENT

A grand portico with pillars welcomes you to a delightful Chelsea house inside of which this duplex apartment is located on the first and second floors.

Take the few steps up from street level to get inside, and then the stairs to the first floor and you will discover an apartment that’s sleek, bright and furnished to impress.

The entire space has been recently renovated to a spectacularly high standard, giving you somewhere new to call your home whether you’re visiting London solo on business or as a couple to enjoy relaxation and sightseeing.

THE FIRST FLOOR

This level plays host to the bedroom and bathroom. If you like your furnishings minimalist, bright, and unfussy, you’re sure to love the bedroom and, indeed, the rest of the property. The King bed gives you a comfortable place to rest and recharge, with bedside tables either side and two integrated wardrobes in which to hang your clothing and store other belongings.

Perhaps the best of all this room’s features lies through the double doors at the foot of the bed, as these lead you outside onto the balcony/terrace area. It’s a great place to stretch and greet the start of a new day, and there’s a table and chairs at which you can enjoy alfresco morning coffees, afternoon teas and evening cocktails.

Back inside and situated next to the bedroom is the bathroom which sports a brand new suite with a bathtub that has a shower overhead, plus a WC and wash basin. Towels and toiletries await you in here and there’s a large mirror above the sink, along with plenty of storage space for any gels, lotions, soaps and other essentials you’re bringing with you.

THE SECOND FLOOR

It’s time to head up to the second floor where you’ll find the kitchen and living room.

Delicious aromas are sure to waft out of the galley-style kitchen, whether you’re using the coffee maker to prepare morning drinks, or the top quality appliances to rustle-up a snack or create culinary magic with a full-on meal for two.

The large fridge freezer and the wealth of cupboard and drawer space ensure you have room to store your favourite food and drink, and easy access to all the cutlery, cookware, glassware and other utensils you’ll need.

An integrated washer/dryer will ensure there’s no need for you to store up all your dirty laundry until you get home. You can keep your clothing fresh and clean no matter how long you stay.

THE LOCAL AREA

The location of any luxury London apartment is all-important of course, and staying here gives you easy access to the Chelsea and Earl’s Court areas of West London.

For shopping, restaurants and a cinema, Fulham Broadway is a great place to choose. It’s just under a mile away (about a 20 minute walk).

If boutique stores are more your thing, then the legendary King’s Road (1.8 miles) is a must visit. And no stay in this area of London would be complete without a trip to Harrods (1.5 miles), perhaps the world’s most famous department store.

If your visit to London is to include a football match or corporate event at Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea FC, you’ll be glad to know the venue is a little under a mile from the apartment, so it won’t take long for you to get there.

The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital (0.4 miles) and The Royal Hospital (1.9 miles) – the gardens of which play host to The Chelsea Flower Show every spring - are also both easily reached from the apartment.

And Chelsea Harbour is fast becoming a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. It’s just over a mile away.

GETTING AROUND

Staying in this part of London gives you plenty of options when it comes to transport. Several London Underground stations are within easy reach:

West Brompton (0.4 mile walk)

Earl’s Court (0.5 miles)

Gloucester Road (0.7 miles)

Fulham Broadway (0.9 miles)

A quick glance at a tube map of London will reveal just how well these stations will connect you with the rest of the capital, with West Brompton also having the advantage of being a stop on the London Overground network.
