The apartment is located in the center of Venice but very convenient to reach on foot from both the station and Piazzale Roma, in one of the few still lively and residential areas of Venice.
The accommodation is located in a bright condominium on the third floor. It is composed of an entrance corridor that leads to a large dining room with table, two sofas and a bookcase with a comfortable desk excellent as a workstation that overlooks a small terrace with table and chairs.
The kitchen is large, bright and equipped with everything: appliances, cutlery and pots; a small table overlooking the large arched window is perfect for having an intimate breakfast for two.
The bedroom has a large double bed and a nice wardrobe.
The tiled bathroom consists of a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
