➞ Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this property. It is in a very peaceful residential area.

➞ Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee.

➞ A replacement fee of £100-£300 will be charged for any lost keys.

➞ Any unauthorised guests staying or extra unauthorised bed use will be charged £30-£50 per person per night.

➞ The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out.

Guests have access to the entire property whilst they are staying at our property, however we do have one storage cupboard which is strictly for the use of our cleaners
