Newly renovated beach house featuring heated pool and bocce ball court.
Newly renovated lifted beach house. Brand new heated pool and new bocce ball court installed. This tastefully decorated beach house has a large open living room that will certainly give you a feel of being at a beach retreat!! It has a dining area for 8, air-conditioning throughout, a large back deck with a NEWLY ADDED HEATED PLUNGE POOL, 4 lounge chairs, teak dining table set, bikes, Weber BBQ, and brand new outdoor shower with changing area. Beach chairs & umbrellas, beach towels, sheets and all are included along with extensive kitchen utensils, serving dishes, pots, pans, towels, and washer/dryer. Board games and apple tv in living room.
There are three king bedrooms, one queen and two twin xl bedroom. Upstairs media room that has double bunks. Full on the bottom and twins on top.
The house is at the quiet end of Ocean Beach, steps away from the town playground and a 5 min walk to the beach and 2 mins from the bay for sunset views.

We have bought this home for us to enjoy and to rent out. We love Fire Island and love being out here as much as we can. We have 3 small children and they love it out here.
Why they chose this property
I grew up going to the beaches on Fire Island. It is really kid friendly and safe. No cars, lots of restuarants and bars. The beach is walking distance from the house.
