5 min walk town shops, pubs, restaurants or next to Greta river walk & Fitz Park, Nearest Fell Latrigg, 10min walk or the Lake.
The property has a modern well equipped kitchen that flows out to a delightful private back yard leading to a Lovely communal garden.

The space
A Very unique Victorian Lakeland Stone property dating from circa 1860. With Contemporary log wood burner Stove in the main open plan Specious lounge living dining with area tall ceilings. Tastefully decorated large Spacious rooms with Contemporary and quirky decor, with original art works and paintings.
Large well equipped contemporary kitchen flowing into the back Yard through to patio doors.
Comfortable 4 Bedrooms over 3 floors, 2 spacious landings the master bedroom has 2 large double windows at the front has very comfortable super king bed with sliding contemporary wardrobe, all tastefully decorated throughout to a high standard, on the same floor there is a King size bedroom with 2 wardrobe Into recess and decorative cast iron fireplace with a large window with view at the back.
There is a Beautiful large bathroom with wood floors with freestanding roll top bath and power shower quadrant, 2 hand-basins, toilet and large window. There is also a separate second toilet off the middle landing next to a large arched window.
Top floor with landing with Velux Windows Leading to 2 beautiful Converted attics rooms. A double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers and a single room with drawers, both with Large Velux windows showing stunning views over the fells and rooftops.
Nr 9 Wordsworth Street Lakeland house is Excellently located only 5 min walk to the Keswick town centre shops, pubs, restaurants to enjoy! And if you like markets ... the market days are Thursday and Saturday.
The house is located Approximately 5 min walk to nearby river Greta with landscaped gardens at Fitz park to enjoy. Or why not have a rest and enjoy the view in the local café which serves local brew and delightful home bakes, light lunches or ice-cream too.
Or visit the keswick museum right next to it and learn some history about this Lakeland town.
There are outdoor cricket, bowls, tennis Courts and Enclosed basketball and Outdoor gym too.
The nearby Fells with Latrigg only approximately 10 min walk from Wordsworth street or walk to Derwentwater lake where you can take the launch and explore the lakeside fells with amazing breathtaking views.
