Modern and bright two bedrooms apartment of approximately 130 m2, with magnificent views of the city, located on the sixth floor of a building in the Sempione-Fiera Milano area close to numerous metro, tram and bus stops.
In the vicinity of the apartment we can find various public transport.
The Portello stop of the MM5 purple line is about 300 meters away.
In the immediate vicinity we find the stop for tram 12 and bus number 78.

The apartment is located in a well-served area: from Via Caracciolo in a few minutes you can reach the Milan Fair, the iconic City Life district and the Rho Fair. From the nearby Corso Sempione you can easily reach the centre, while from Piazza Firenze (connection point between Viale Certosa and Corso Sempione) there are trams to the main areas of Milan. At 500 meters there is an important shopping center and the renowned St Louis International School a short distance away.

Entering the apartment we find the living area set up with two two-seat sofas, a table for six people, a comfortable desk and a television area.
Then we find the large eat-in kitchen with a table for 4 people and complete with fridge, freezer, microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher, 5-burner hob and coffee machine.
The kitchen is completed by a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard.
The corridor, with large wardrobes, then leads to the first bathroom without window with bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.
The first bedroom is set up with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, four-door wardrobe, chest of drawers and a full-length mirror.
The ensuite bathroom with window is complete with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, a spacious four-door wardrobe and a small balcony.
The apartment has parquet flooring and air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms.
