Cozy, quiet and essential apartment in the Esquilino neighbourhood, which develops around Termini Station and Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. Metro A, Vittorio Emanuele station or Manzoni station are both walking distantce to the apartment and allow you to reach all the most beautiful and interesting places in Rome in a few minutes. This 39sqm apartment, is located on the fifth floor (with an elevator), and consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. All the views are internal. and is the only building from the 1970s on this street. Esquilino is a neighbourhood located in the centre of Rome, rich in history and culture. Today it is the most ethnic neighbourhood in the city centre and preserves the elegant and somewhat austere architecture of the late 19th century Umbertine period, the only example in Rome.

The apartment is located in the Esquilino neighbourhood in the centre of Rome, rich in history and culture. Today it is one of the most multi-ethnic neighborhoods in Rome. The A subway stations, Vittorio Emanuele station and Manzoni station are a few minutes walk from the apartment and allow you to reach all the most beautiful and interesting places in Rome in a few minutes.

The house is equipped with an air conditioning system for hot and cold air. The common areas are being renovated.

The living room has a sofa bed , a television , a table with 3 chairs. Bookcases, lamps and pictures complete the living room furniture.

The bedroom has a double bed(160 cm x 190 cm), a desk with a chair and two wardrobes. The bedroom has an air-conditioning system for hot and cold air.

The kitchenette is complete with a refridgerator, stove, electric kettle, electric oven, cutlery and dishes for four people.
