Arcadia Residences 301, 2 bedroom is a modern development design, in a beautiful residential area of Kato Pafos, with walking distance to the beach and the tourist Promenade. Each Block comprises a 5 - floor building of 2 apartments on each floor and on the top floor, roof garden with swimming pool.

In High season there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Electricity and Wifi is included in the price.

No parties are allowed in the villa and no loud music outside and no music / loud activities outside after 11pm.

No confetti and no hanging decoration should be placed in the villa / on the walls.

The apartments are in a residential area and should be treated as a home.

House Rules:
• No smoking or pets allowed.
• No parties are permitted in the apartment.
• No loud music outside, and no music or loud activities outside after 23:00.
• No confetti or hanging decorations.
• Dispose of all garbage in the provided outside bins.
• Close all windows upon departure
• Place the key in the key box and scramble the code.

Regarding electrical items each of them have their own switch, you will need to keep on in order to use it.
