This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for four.

You'll find a beautiful, spacious garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as a stove and an oven. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The charming bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a big wardrobe and a flat TV. The large window allows plenty of natural light to fill the room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Notting Hill, located in London, is a vibrant neighbourhood known for its charming attractions, such as the Wellington Arch, Museum of Brands, and Leighton House. The area is easily accessible via the Ladbroke Grove station, which is only a 2-minute walk away. Notting Hill also boasts various restaurants and bars, including The Churchill Arms, Kensington, and Maggie Jones's Restaurant, offering a diverse culinary experience. Additionally, visitors can explore the famous Portobello Road market for unique shopping opportunities.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Ladbroke Grove, is just a 5-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 34-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
