Welcome to Villa Giansante, a splendid detached villa located in the municipality of Spoltore (PE). This luxurious residence offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday, with large spaces, modern comforts, and an enchanting garden. From the front gate of the villa you will be welcomed into the large outdoor green space leading to the porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peace and tranquility in the open air. Here you will find tables, chairs, and outdoor seats, useful both for sunbathing and for spending time relaxing.
Internally, in the large living area, on one side you will find an open, air-conditioned kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, including fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals at home. On the other side you will find an air-conditioned living area with quality armchairs and sofas placed in front of a maxi flat-screen TV, a large dining table, and fireplace. In the environment, the traditional style blends perfectly with the modern colors, and the exposed wooden roof highlights this combination to the maximum.
Climbing three steps leads you to the sleeping area where you will find 3 elegantly furnished bedrooms, 2 equipped each with a queen-sized French bed and the third with a double bed, with wardrobes to accommodate personal effects, air conditioning, and bright windows. Finally there are two modern and functional bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as a sink, toilet, and bidet.
Externally there is also a second kitchen with wood-burning oven, barbecue as well as sink, hob, TV and a further bathroom with washing machine. Wi-Fi is free and is present throughout the area.
Externally you will find large spaces and private parking to leave your car, as well as a large covered garage underneath the villa.
Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and is ideal accommodation for families, couples or friends. Upon request it is possible to add an additional single bed.
The house is cleaned and disinfected at the end of each stay and is surrounded by greenery, in an area where it is necessary to go by car or own transport.
The villa is located in a strategic area just 10 minutes from the Pescara West toll booth and 15 minutes from the Abruzzo International Airport and the city of Pescara.
