As the apartments are serviced, you will have the apartment to yourself throughout the duration of your stay. On arrival you will be provided with a fob to access the apartment block and a key to access your apartment.

Please report opposite to Morland House (Queens Court) if you are checking in between 15:00 - 17:00.

Check-in times are from 15:00 - 17:00. If your arrival is scheduled for after 17:00, we can arrange for a key collection from a key box.

Upon arrival, please ensure that the primary booker is present and possesses a photo ID. This must be presented in order to check into your apartment.

If you are scheduled to arrive after our check-in times and a key collection is being arranged, you will need to send us a copy of photo ID prior to receiving your check-in instructions.

Check-out is 11:00

Weekend and bank holiday check-in times are between 15:00- 17:00. Please note that weekend and bank holiday check-in times are not flexible. Failure to arrive within the given check-in times, will result to you missing your first night of stay which is non-refundable.

Please ensure you contact Morland House Apartments regarding parking (as spaces are limited and on a first come first serve basis). Charges incur for parking at £15 per car per night.

Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times and respect your neighbours. Especially keep loud noise to a minimum between 10pm-7am.

Please let us know an approximate check in time when booking.

No alcohol consumption in the communal areas and around the building.

No illegal substances.

Charges will incur if any damages are to be found during or after your stay.

Kindly be aware that the building is situated directly in front of a train line. Throughout your stay, you may experience train noise when trains are in operation.

Meet and greet check-in is between 3pm-5:00pm.
Any later check ins will be a key box collection and you must confirm this prior to 5:00pm on your day of arrival.

The primary booker must show a photo ID in order to check into the apartment.

Onsite parking: £15 per night, per vehicle

Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times and respect your neighbours. Especially keep loud noise to a minimum between 10pm-7am.
