Old Town Apartment Central Edinburgh
This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Edinburgh’s old town. It is a minutes walk to the Royal Mile and a minutes walk to Edinburgh University.
Built in 1788, this historic location is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a B listed building. The spacious rooms are complimented by the exuberant mix of colours, eye catching views and double glazed windows.
There are two comfortable double bedrooms, the first has a beautiful antique French Style double bed and built-in wardrobe, the second bed room has an open wardrobe and a dressing table. Three large luminous windows gaze over the bustling street, equipped with newly installed double glazing which ensures you a tranquil nights sleep in this buzzing central location.
A generous sized sitting room has two comfortable sofa beds, a 55’’smart TV which includes popular apps such as Netflix, YouTube etc.
The fully fitted kitchen with convenient sitting area has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, knifes, forks, pans, pots and many utensils, more or less everything required to live on a daily basis.
The family sized bathroom has a newly fitted shower that features a large single-spay pattern shower head and a multi-spay pattern shower head. Towels and toiletries are provided.
South Bridge in general is a very vibrant outgoing location teeming with social life. It is immersed by a magnitude of restaurants, bars, theatres, cafés and shops. If you are seeking a more quiet location, this is perhaps is not best suited to you. Our building was build in 1788, due to its location and its age, it is a very old building.
Most tourist attractions are pleasantly within walking distance. The world renowned Edinburgh University is only a minutes walk away and the famous Princes Street is a less than ten minutes walking commute. Bus stops are located directly in front of our building with many of the major bus lines running to different destinations.
Our sleek South Bridge apartment will provide you a most central and near definitely comfortable stay, one which shall not slip your mind anytime soon!
