No te rembolsan el dinero , te estafan , te hacen ir hasta allí y una vez estás a 1 hora de llegar no te contestan y la aplicación no te pone ninguna solución

Nunca atiende por el móvil, escribe por la aplicación para que parezca que si existe la casa y que la app vea que si está atendiendo al huésped que está por hospedarse en su casa. Pero fui a las 3 a la supuesta recogida de llaves y no existe esa casa que muestra en el lugar de la dirección . Y cuando le tratas de estafador si responde al WhatsApp diciéndote que dejes d llamarle así que vrbo ya tiene mi dinero. No reserven ni este lugar ni con esta aplicación. Yo perdí mi dinero
