Nestled in the suburb of Scartho, this lovely comfortable house is a great place to stay. It's very easy to get anywhere in the local area very quickly. It's only 10 minutes into Grimsby town centre or the Docks. All the industry on the Humber Bank in Stallingborough and Immingham is only 20 minutes away. The Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital is 0.4m away, so an easy walking distance.

Scartho was once a village and some of the locals still see it that way, in just a short stroll you can be in the village centre with all the various shops and amenities. Numerous takeaways from all over the world, traditional butchers, fruit and veg and florists shops are all still here. 1000 year old St Giles and St Mathew Church which you can hear the bells of on a Sunday morning from the house. Here is where you'll find the good old locals pub the Rose and Crown which also serves food and Swaggers Bar for something a bit different. Nearest supermarket is Aldi and the next nearest is a big Tesco although there is a little convenience store across the road from the house, as is Scartho Junior Academy. Toll Bar Academy, Grimsby Institute and Franklin College are all within walking distance or just a couple of minutes driving.
