Welcome to Charming Villa de Vallecas II. This newly renovated apartment is just minutes from Parque Cerro del Tío Pío, offering tranquility and stunning city views. It also provides excellent connectivity to the city centre, thanks to the Nueva Numancia metro station.

The studio features a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and we provide towels and shampoo. It includes a double bed.

If you're looking for a peaceful studio with all the comforts, this is your choice. The bedroom area features a 135 cm bed and a wardrobe for storing your clothes. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, etc. We will also provide a kit with laundry detergent, so you won’t need to buy anything if your stay is short.

THE AREA
The apartment is located in the district of Puente de Vallecas, one of the emblematic areas of Madrid, next to the Avenida de la Albufera, a very commercial area with all the services of restoration, leisure, supermarkets, fashion stores, etc. With its parks, traditional markets and an excellent public transport network, both metro (line 1 direct to the center of Madrid) and bus and easy access to roads in private vehicles (very close to the M 30).In addition, being so close to the subway, it allows you to reach Puerta del Sol in just a few minutes by direct line. Once in Puerta del Sol you will have access to the main tourist attractions of Madrid in a few minutes, below we mention some places worth visiting in Madrid.

Places of interest:Puerta del sol:The epicenter of Madrid and the Iberian Peninsula in general, with its popular kilometer 0 in an area full of bars and stores, you can't miss it. You can get there directly by metro in less than half an hour and it will be the perfect starting point to explore the city.
Museo del Prado:One of the most important art museums in the world. You can get there again directly on line 1, getting off at Estación del Arte, which also allows you to see the Reina Sofia Museum and the Thyssen Museum.
Plaza Mayor: It is located 5 minutes from Puerta del Sol, so you can reach the Plaza Mayor in just half an hour.
Parque de retiro:You can reach the Parque del Retiro again from Estación del Arte, going up the popular Cuesta de Moyano.
Also, near the apartment is the popular Cerro del Tio Pio, which offers one of the best views of Madrid, you can walk from the apartment in just 10 minutes, you can not miss a sunset from there.

HOW TO GET AROUND
The apartment is located 200 meters from line 1, which offers direct connection to the center of Madrid.From the airport: take bus 200 at T2, stop 3542, get off at Avenida de América-Parque Avenidas. In Avenida de América you should take line 6 and get off at pacífico station, from there, take line 1 towards Valdecarros and get off at Nueva Numancia, the apartment is 200 meters away from Nueva Numancia station.
From Chamartín station:take line 1 towards Valdecarros, which goes directly to the apartment, and get off at Nueva Numancia. From there, walk 200 meters to the apartment.
From Atocha station:you must take line 1 direction Valdecarros, which goes directly to the apartment, and get off at Nueva Numancia, there, you must walk 200 meters to the address of the apartment.
If you arrive by car, I recommend that you check the website of the city council of Madrid, because depending on your vehicle and your sticker you may be affected by different restrictions.
