In recent times we have been able to observe a phenomenon in the neighborhood that has turned it into what they call 'the new Madrid Soho', more and more artists are living in the neighborhood and converting their large warehouses or old factories into photography, painting or recording studios.
It is a residential neighborhood with all kinds of services, supermarkets, bars... You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay in the area.
It is perfectly connected to the centre of Madrid, you can take the metro at Abrantes station, just 125 metres from the apartment.

The nearest metro station is Abrantes, just 125 metres away.Transit stop Plaza Elíptica is a 12-minute walk away.The nearest garage is: Garaje Parking, C.
