The Paddock in New Yatt, Oxfordshire sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms.

The Paddock consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a utility with a washing machine, and clothes airer. The living/diner has dining seating for 10, Smart TV, and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of three king-sizes, a double and a ground-floor twin. There is a ground-floor shower room and wet room, and a bathroom with both a bath, walk-in shower, basin and separate WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and furniture and off-road parking for five cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking or fireworks. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels ate all included. You'll find a shop in 1 mile, and a pub in 0.7 miles. The Paddock offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: This property can sleep up to 8 adults, and 2 children, as the twin bedroom is slightly smaller. Note: Check-in from 4:30pm, check-out by 9:30am
