About this property

Fabulous 5* Cotswold Farmhouse with Hot Tub

Newly renovated impressive, spacious Grade II listed farmhouse with extensive gardens & hot tub. Located on a large plot surrounded by stunning countryside in a quiet hamlet but within easy reach of the lovely market towns of Tetbury, Malmesbury & Cirencester. Oozing Cotswold charm & character with luxurious, contemporary interiors designed to be supremely comfortable & relaxing. Perfect for families or groups of friends to enjoy a peaceful, idyllic Cotswold break. 4 legged friends welcome too (small charge £15 per pet).

Brokenborough Farmhouse is located in a quiet hamlet along a single track lane. Dating back to the 17th century it retains much character with just the right amount of quirk ... think sloping floors, vaulted beamed ceilings, secret staircases, exposed Cotswold stone walls and adorable little nooks!

High end, luxury fixtures & furnishings have been used throughout from original artworks, to Vanessa Arbuthnott fabrics & Pooky lighting to the comfiest beds, pure Egyptian cotton bedding & fluffiest towels & bathrobes. We have teamed up with the lovely folk at Green & Spring to provide complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel and soap) that are natural, kind to the planet & further enhance our calming and relaxing vibe. With lots of attention to the smallest details we wish every stay at Brokenborough Farmhouse to be special and memorable; and for guests to love it just as much as we do.

Firth Family Comments
We thought that the master bedroom should have been provided with a TV and a couch or a couple of arm chairs. We absolutely loved the property layout & the space it afforded the whole family. The hot tub was really a relaxing bonus and was welcomed by the whole family. Finally we were very pleasantly surprised that tea and coffee were provided and really loved the surprise tub of chocolates which my children & grand children loved. Did not get a look-in. Will hope to be back in 2025.
