Apartment with terrace in the wild bay of Nisporto

Our apartment is located in Nisporto, a small village in the area of Rio, where there is a beach approximately 220 meters long, made up of multicolored pebbles, mixed pebbles and sand. The beach is in the center of a horseshoe-shaped bay, with a beautiful cliff surrounding it and exposed mainly to the winds of the north, north-west quadrant. The left part of Nisporto has a stony seabed, while the central part slopes down quite gently, making it a beach suitable even for children. The location is ideal for those who want to spend a very quiet holiday, away from the crowd, a suggestive corner of an island waiting to be discovered. On the beach there are bars, restaurants, it is possible to rent umbrellas and deckchairs, pedal boats and small boats.
Apartment 2/3 pax: the apartment is a small three-room apartment of about 60 square meters with private entrance, located in a small building consisting of several units and is accessed via an external staircase, of about 50 steps, which starts from the parking lot. The apartment has a living room with TV and kitchenette (with 4 gas burners, refrigerator and microwave), a bedroom with double bed, a small room with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. The furniture is comfortable and functional, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. Outside there is a comfortable terrace equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Nisporto and the sea. The private parking space is nearby.

Arrivals: Check-in from 16:00 to 19:00 pm. Departures: Check-out h. 9:00. Utilities: Wi-Fi, electricity, water, air condition included. Final cleaning: € 95,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
