MH 403 Ocean Lakes. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (sleeps 12) with Custom golf cart and access ramp. The beach and park are easy walking distance (about 1.5 blocks). The family fun center has a pool, lazy river, water slides, Kiddie zone, arcade, mini golf, snack bar and more and are within walking distance as well. The large screen porch up front is a perfect hang out and the rear screen porch is a quiet retreat.

**Extended WIFI and cable, Netflix, 6 TV’s , 2 DVD players and an X box 360
***Owners suite (queen bed) is to the rear of home with a private bathroom w/ walk in shower plus a screened in porch.
***The family suite has 2 bedrooms (one w/ a queen bed and kids room has a bunk bed w/stairs, a pull out trundle and a separate twin bed. shared bath in hallway of suite
***The front bedroom has a full bed and the bathroom with a walk-in shower is just outside the door.
***Living room with sleeper sofa.
***Full kitchen with crock pot, blender, baking supplies and more (like home)
***Washer and Dryer in unit
***The front screen porch has dining, TV w/ cable and lots of seating.
*** Rear screen porch is a private place to relax and overlooks the rear patio.
***Must be 25 to rent this home and operate the golf cart.
No House parties allowed. Underaged drinking will get you removed from the home and Ocean Lakes with no refunds. You will also be responsible for any fines. Please read the rental agreement. remodeled spring of 2024. New siding, windows, doors, screened in porches and kitchen upgrades. beachy colors and decor. Please instant book if you would like to make a reservation. It updates our calendar automatically when you book. VRBO does not allow us to share phone numbers or emails and blocks them in messages. We have rectified the previous issues from reviews that were less than 5's. We have new cleaners and the front bedroom and bath remodeled to repair an unknown leak. The carpet has been replaced with vinyl planks in all but the master bedroom.

Family Vacation

We loved the open space of kitchen/dining area and living room. The one level house was a plus with having small kids. Screened in porch was a hit for the kids and adults. Also the golf cart was a plus. The location was excellent! We had an awesome week.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time this week at Ocean Lakes, and the house was perfect for our two families. We had a total of 8 people and the layout of the house allowed for plenty of space to spread out for both families. The house was clean and equipped with what we needed to enjoy our stay.

Will Stay Again!!

What originally drew us to this house was the fact that We were traveling with our parents who needed a handicap assessable home. Many houses in Ocean Lakes have tons of stairs. This property was perfect as it is one story and has a ramp. The lay out of the rooms was perfect. Parents had a room and bathroom. Kids wing with bunk room and additional room with bathroom and a room with on suite bath. Everyone had their own space. Long family farmhouse style table which we enjoyed every morning for breakfast and dinner. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Patio was perfect in the evenings for relaxing. Location Location Location. You could walk to the beach, the pool, the bball courts if you wanted to but golf cart rides were the kids favorite thing to do. The owners were amazing. We plan on booking for 2024 if all goes as well.

Exactly what we needed!

The house was exactly as advertised and fit our family perfectly! The use of the golf cart was great as it is much easier to drive around Ocean Lakes with a golf cart than a car! We loved just hopping in the golf cart and going to the pool or beach! Check in was super easy & fast which was really nice after a long drive in. Property manager was really helpful and responds quickly! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome.

We always enjoy our stay at OL, in a house or camping. We chose a house this time so we could be more comfortable and the kids could get in out of the sun. While I usually stick to OL properties I decided to try VRBO this time, and Im happy we did. Owner of the property is incredible and responds quickly to any questions or issues that arose. Overall we were happy with our choice, convient to the beach, parks Water Park, Rec Center and Sandy Mart, plus it's handicapped accessible for our parents. The included golf cart made the kids evenings awesome so they could be included in the golf cart parades at night.

The house fit our needs satisfactorily. It's spacious kitchen and roomy bedrooms were nice. We really appreciated the golf cart and bicycles. Definitely would come again.

Great Time!

We had a great time at ocean lakes. The owners were always in communication with us when needed and were very helpful. House was super clean and the kids loved being able to ride the golf cart and bikes.

Family Vaycay

Our family had a great time in Anna & Hugh’s property. Plenty of room for all of us. Front porch was the perfect place for us all to gather. Grilled out the first night and had a nice meal on the back porch. Only issue we had (and we let Anna know) is that the breaker kept popping when we tried to plug in our three golf carts. Other than that we had a great stay. Would definitely look to stay here again or another one of their properties.

Read Before You Rent

Very disappointed in this rental. Pet smell in the carpet of the back bedroom made it impossible to sleep, had to move to smaller room at the front. Electrical outlets coming out of the wall when chargers unplugged, rotten board on the front deck caused me to turn my ankle, couch and chair in the living space was filthy, coffee maker had a charcoal filter that was solid black, dishwasher door is falling apart and needs replacing, screens on the front porch falling out and full of holes, siding coming off the building, light fixtures missing or not functioning. For the price I was expecting a decent rental, overall it was rundown and poorly maintained, we left 3 days early. We will rent directly from OL going forward.

Close to the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a great location close to the beach. We enjoyed having the golf cart to ride around the grounds. Loved the screened in front porch. There is so much to do onsite. Anna was very responsive, helpful, and quick to provide anything we needed or answer any questions. I would definitely stay at her place again.

Perfect for our large family

We had our 3 kids and mom with us and this was perfect. The family suite was great for all the kids. Anna, the owner actually stopped by and brought us fresh, hot donuts one morning which was really appreciated. This home was beyond clean and we loved our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Pleasant Stay

Always love staying at Ocean Lakes. Home was spacious. Enjoyed the enclosed porch. House a bit outdated but nice to reside at during our stay. A couple minor issues during our stay, but home owner was quick to try and resolve. We appreciate the quick communication. Master bedroom mastress needs an upgrade. Overall pleasant stay. Thank you!

Anna and Hugh went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend them for rental property and will also rent from them again.

Family Vacation

Property was as shown in pictures, however the property was not Clean. My sister and I have used VRBO in 4 different states. Upon entering other VRBO properties, the cleanliness of those homes were like entering a new home. This property was not cleaned. I contacted the owner and she offered to send a cleaning crew 2 days after we arrived. I declined - we had already cleaned ourselves. I rented this property only because we needed handicapped accessible. The carpet had not been vacuumed, there were a pair of dried up contact lenses on one of the night stands, mold around one of the bathtubs, the table on the screened porch was filthy. I cleaned it off with Lysol wipes first thing. For the rent I paid for one week, that is not acceptable. I advised the owner that the cleaning crew had failed to clean and sent her pictures. Hopefully she will get this resolved for the next guest. After cleaning the stay was fine, other than the supplied golf cart had no headlights for driving around in the evenings. The porch had an unused rug all folded up that should have been removed before we arrived as well as a table that was broken and un- usable that should have been removed. I can’t recommend staying here to anyone else. The house was stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils etc. in the kitchen. Could be a really cute and nice place to stay if they get the cleaning issues resolved.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful time here at MH403. This home is spacious with plenty of rooms and no one felt crowded. It's a very short walk to the pool and the beach. But of course you can also just ride the golf cart which my family loved. Wonderful place to make memories for a lifetime.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with Ocean Lakes the first time I went a few years ago. When you drive through the gates of Ocean Lakes it is instant vacation. Everyone is smiling. The golf cart parade at dark is amazing. The kids have fun decorating the carts and slapping each other’s hands as you drive by. I knew I had to have our own home there. This is my favorite section of OL. All the homes have big double lots so it feels homier to me. I fell in love with MH 403 as soon as I saw it and made an offer on the spot. It’s my happy place and I love sharing it with others.

What makes this property unique

I am a fan of open spaces and screened in porches and this home has both. The living room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings and since there is a sliding door in the kitchen, tons of light flows through. You can sit on the screened on porch (there are actually 2) and watch a ball game or just relax. It has had many updates since 2017. In 2024-25, I remodeled the home. Its always a work in progress and I enjoy the progress.
