Great place! Locked out though. 😟

We enjoyed our family vacation at the property! Sadly when we first arrived we couldn’t access the unit with the code the company issued. We drove 10 hours only to wait another 45 minutes to get inside. Then we went out to see the city and came back to the same problem. A new code was issued that still didn’t work. It was terrible. We even paid extra money for early check in. It was pointless. Management offered nothing to rectify what happened. Overall we loved Orlando.

Great get away

We enjoyed our stay very much. However, we had a few issues that where handled well. The ice machine did not function and we were told that the owner’s would be notified, but there was nothing they could do. I believe it would have been nice to sent us a bag of ice for the week.

Family Vacation 2022

We loved this home. There were no surprises when we arrived. The home looked just like the photos that were shown. Our children loved being able to swim in the pool whenever they could. The home was very spacious! Hope to be back soon.

Good spot for family trip

Property was as described. Great space for the group we had. Manager responded to all issues we had, non major. House was clean, had few minor issues that we let them know needed future attention. Have stayed in neighborhood previously, but it has aged. Tight parking situation in the townhouse area, but overall was good for our needs.

Spring Break

The property worked well for our needs. We just wanted something for a few days for spring break. The property is starting to show some wear and tear, I believe it is listed as a new house, but it is definitely several years old. We had one small issue with the garbage disposal, but the property manager was very prompt about replying to our request and getting it fixed. The kids enjoyed the pool area. Overall, it was a good experience and the home provides what someone might want for a few few days in Orlando. With traffic, it was probably close to 20 minutes to get to the Disney parks.

Nice House

The house was just as pictured, and it was quick and easy to get to Disney. It is only a few minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. The downstairs sofas look nice, but are definitely not comfortable. The upstairs sofa was great. We had the pool heated, and it was a lovely way to end the day. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, but we had to dry clothes a couple times to get them all the way dry. Parking at the house was problematic due to the neighbors blocking the garage and making it impossible to park more than one car. We were able to park elsewhere, but it was very inconvenient to have to walk to and from the house each day especially at night. Overall it was nice and met our needs.

Florida Vacation Stay

My experience was exceptional and the rental property was very cozy. However, the furniture was not clean at all and needs to be updated. I do plan on visiting this rental property next year but would like to see cleaner furniture. I think it needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So let me start by saying we visited Orlando back in October 2020 and absolutely loved our stay at the home on 2407 Dubai Street. The 5 bedroom home accommodated our family perfectly and comfortably. That was the deciding factor for returning to the same community and home layout. This state of this home however was EXTREMELY disappointing. We experienced so many issues with this home. First, upon arrival we discovered limited/tight parking. The house is located on like an alley meaning they do not have street parking. We drove three cars and had to park one of them by the community pool. Upon entering the home we noticed there was a dining room chair missing only to find it in a closet with a broken leg. We then discovered another dining room chair on the verge of breaking. The icemaker was not functioning and in this Florida weather it is a necessity. The stove light bulb was burnt out. We purchased steaks to cook on the grill provided only to find an empty gas tank! As we finished our dinner we found the garbage disposal jammed. As we cleaned up we started loading the dishwasher and the unit almost fell out as it was not secured. At night our kids went to take a shower and their shower drain was clogged and drained really slow. You would figure after each person checks out they would have a checklist to verify or check that these crucial items are functioning properly. The bed downstairs was extra firm and my 21 year old found it difficult to sleep on. On a positive note, the kitchen has a great layout and tons of counter space, the kids enjoyed the pool and the home is located within walking distance from the community pool and lazy river which they walked to every night after we returned to the parks. CAUTION they do not provide the pool floaty/ rings you have to buy them and for 2 of them they were $25.. for the amount we paid for a 4 night stay we DO NOT recommend staying in this home.

Very disappointing

I’m very disappointed from this property customer service has been horrible from the beginning we had a hard time finding the place and when we got there it was not clean at all!!! When I booked it I requested for the food to be heated because I have five children who won at the pool available when we got there the pool was frozen cold I reach customer service they told us that somebody will come and check it nobody have showed up I have stayed the whole time with my baby at the property but nobody has come to check the pool I reached customer service over five times after that to tell them to turn on the heater but unfortunately my stay was ended without hot water in the pool also they locked the door at 10 AM when the checkout time was at 11 AM I’m not sure why but there was nobody to talk to that day overall I’m very disappointed from all the stay it’s highly pricey and it’s not worth it

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful, very well decorated! Excellent location! The only negative I can say is that the housekeeping company could be doing a much better job, it’s definitely a rushed cleaning job and it shows.

Nice Rental But Had Issues

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home, and we enjoyed it. However: 1. the pool temp was so hot it was unusable. We asked it to be lowered and they did lower it, and then it quit working at all. Had to call them again! Frustrating! 2. The A/C quit working. We called multiple times without any response. When we finally got a response, they couldn’t tell us when it would be addressed. We went 24 hours without A/C and they knew we had 1 year old babies in the house! They didn’t seem to care. Couldn’t get any responses when we called. This was a big issue for us! 3. The instructions for entering the property were incorrect. You have to get a “permit”!from the club office to be able to get in. Fix your instructions. 3. For a 4 bedroom apartment, the kitchen utensils and cooking pans were way inappropriate. It was setup more like for two people! 4.We were given a garage door code that didn’t work. Why tell us that when it won’t work? 5, The upstairs commodes stopped up regularly. We had to ask the property to clean them out. 6. The light above the stove did not work. We had to ask them to fix that too,, which they finally did. So, primarily, between the pool and A/C issues, and the lack of quick response, we would not recommend this place. We went there for a vacation and ended up having to get a lot of stuf fixed!

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband & I drove in one car while our daughter, son-in-law and their 4 children drove in theirs. It was a 2500 mile round trip from northern Illinois. Our unit was fantastic! Spacious, beautiful, very clean & had everything we expected plus more! Our location was perfect, too. Had some issues with our units pool heat, but quickly resolved by management. The only major disappointment with our stay was with the kids play area of the community pool. We arrived on Friday to find out that area of the pool was closed due to a broken pump. It was fixed and open on the following Thursday. Seeing that we weren't doing Disney World, etc., but spending our days at the pool, that was very disappointing. The 2 youngest grandchildren were looking forward to that. Made it difficult to entertain them in the other deeper areas of the pool for those 6 days.
