The old Masons Arms in Sutton in Ashfield, which has been tastefully renovated and furnished, and is perfect for families or contractors who want to enjoy a home from home experience in spacious surroundings
The space
With six large bedrooms, you'll have plenty of space to spread out and relax. The beds are fitted with brand new orthopaedic mattresses to ensure a good nights sleep.

There is also a large bathroom and two separate shower rooms for your convenience.

The heart of the house is the large and inviting lounge, where you can kick back and relax, or watch your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Virgin TV is provided and with free WiFi throughout the property, you'll be able to stay connected with friends and family back home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including a kettle, toaster & microwave, a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There's also a number of dining areas at your disposal, both upstairs and down.

Outside, we have plenty of garden space to enjoy including a large climbing frame/swing set for the children

Children must be under adult supervision and the garden gates closed and bolted.

As an optional extra, we can provide access to a six person hot tub. We contract in a maintenance provider to clean and fill the hot tub, manage the chemicals and also provide a visit to demonstrate the operation.

This option is priced £150 per stay on top of your reservation fee and payable in advance. Please enquire at the time of your booking

And when you're ready to venture out and explore the local area, you'll find plenty of things to do. Why not take a stroll through the nearby Brierly Forest Park, a beautiful green space with walking trails, a lake, and a children's playground? Or visit the historic Hardwick Hall, a stunning Elizabethan country house with beautiful gardens and fascinating history. Cornerstone is also very close to the Kings Mill hospital and the Kings Mill reservoir.

And of course, we are on the doorstep of the Derbyshire dales and Sherwood Forest

For those who love a bit of retail therapy, there are several shopping centres within easy reach, including the Idlewells Shopping Centre and the East Midlands Designer Outlet.

And when you're ready to unwind after a busy day, head back to Cornerstone, grab some amazing fish & chips from the nearby Golden Cod fish & chip shop and sink into the leather couches or the reclining chair and put your feet up.
