The Castle is a large renovated two-roomed apartment with reserved parking space and located in a strategic position not far from Como.
The flat is in an elegant and quiet context, on floor 1 (no lift) composed of: living room: relaxation/bed area (with sofa bed), dining area (with kitchen), double bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and hallway.
The flat is equipped with an oven, microwave oven, induction cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils for preparing and cooking food. The apartment also has a washing machine/dryer and smart TV.
The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been thought out to accommodate you in a clean and comfortable environment. Take care of it, you are welcome!
It is compulsory to be in possession of a credit card to leave as a guarantee against possible damages. Prepaid cards and cash cards are not accepted..
