Sleeping a maximum of six this is the perfect place for relocators, professionals, contractors, families and friends seeking premium living. This property benefits from access to a secure, gated parking space. Get ready for the excitement of the Jewellery Quarter and Birmingham City Centre.

The traditional blue double front door leads in to a spacious, light hallway with feature tiled floor, hanging space and storage facilities. Relax in our high specification and luxurious home with Netflix on a 50" flat screen HD TV, comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen which offers all brand-new appliances including tall fridge/freezer, integrated oven and microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Crockery, utensils, coffee and tea making facilities are provided. The dining area has an extendable dining table and chairs (from 4 to 6-seater) and the lounge sofa pulls out in to a double bed. The master bedroom suite is located in the basement, boasting a large main sleeping area, working space, luxury ensuite and a second sitting area. The second bedroom is on the ground floor, offering twin beds and a family bathroom over the hallway.

Birmingham is England’s ‘second city’, which has steadily reinvented itself into a cosmopolitan hub, whilst preserving its history. It is a vibrant multicultural metropolis with miles of gorgeous canals, characterful pubs, fascinating museums and fabulous food scene.

The home is located a stone’s throw from the Chamberlin Clock. The Jewellery quarter is a historic and vibrant neighbourhood with picturesque streets lined with Victorian buildings, trendy cafes and boutique shops, making it a sought-after location. As well as being a perfect base for exploring the city, with Birmingham city centre being approximately 1 mile away, the Bullring a 30-minute walk, and access to excellent transport links. There are plenty of shopping destinations, bars, restaurants, theatres and areas to explore on your door step (recommendations provided!).

It is a 20-minute walk to The Jam House which is an award-winning venue offering live music and good food! Also 20 minutes away is the Opulent concert hall that is home to the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra. A 21-minute walk to the Utilita Arena for world renowned live music concerts and comedy acts. A bit further afield (but still only a 40-minute stroll) is the 02 Academy which is renowned for the biggest gigs and club nights.

Brindley Place and the canal quarter (25-minute walk) is home to some of the city’s best bars and restaurants, the National Sea Life Centre and the Ikon Gallery. Alternatively, it is a 20-minute walk to the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery.

There are many options for shopping including The Jewellery Quarter itself. 30-minute walk away is the Bullring which includes the iconic Selfridges and 25-minute walk away is the Mailbox with Harvey Nichols. But if you are more of a fan of independents, they are scattered all over town and in places like Great Western Arcade (which is a 25-minute walk).
