The 1st floor property benefits from 2 parking spaces & private garden.There's a sofa in the lounge. Kitchen is fully stocked w/cutlery, oven, grill & microwave. Flat is for sale so will need viewing from time to time but the owner will give at least 24 hours notice and at a convenient time for the guest.
