Beck Head Cottage is an elegantly refurbished Grade II listed Georgian property in the heart of Kirkby Lonsdale. Postcard perfection with three double beds and one twin room, comfortably sleeps 8 and is ideal for those wanting to unwind in deep comfort or explore all The Lakes has to offer.

Kirkby Lonsdale is a beautiful market town nestled between the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Lake District National Park. The town itself offers so much to its visitors - enjoy walks along the banks of the River Lune, around the town and further afield, hike up one of the surrounding fells or potter around the high street and enjoy the wide variety of independent shops before stopping at one of the cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants for a well deserved break.
Should you wish to explore the area, Kirkby Lonsdale is in the perfect location for you to plan visits to Yorkshire, Lancashire, the Lake District and even Scotland! With so much on your doorstep, it is the ideal spot to enjoy the local area as well as serve as a base for days out further away or as a stop off to break up long journeys. 3 Beck Head will provide the ideal space to rest, recover and recharge from a busy day out. Whether you plan to stay for a few nights or longer, there is so much to do in and around the town itself, as well as further afield. I will be available to help you plan your stay and provide information on places to eat, visit and explore.
The ground floor includes a spacious and comfortable sitting room and separate snug area, contemporary kitchen diner fitted to a high specification to include a Smeg range cooker, instant hot water tap and a large dining table. There is direct access to a private courtyard garden, which is perfect for long summer nights and alfresco dining.
Upstairs, on the first floor, there are three stylish bedroom where deep comfort is ensurd. A handy twin room with two single beds, as well as the main bathroom with a freestanding bath and waterfall tap, separate shower, wash basin and WC. Ascend a second staircase to the top floor to find a lounge/ dressing area, elegant master bedroom with a freestanding luxury stone bath. There is also a wash basin and WC tucked off the dressing room.
Outside, there is a private courtyard with seating as well as a useful utility room with washing machine, wash basin and WC. Whilst there is no allocated parking at the property, there are two pay and display car parks within a short walk from the house. There is also free parking available down by the river and around the town.
