This cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa offers guests a chance to unwind and experience the best of Tenerifes Scenery and beauty. With its attractive garden, a communal heated pool and cozy interior, this is the perfect getaway destination for the whole group to enjoy a pleasant retreat together. The sunny roof terrace is a great evening chill out spot well equipped with comfortable sun loungers and shaded seating area. It goes a step further by offering guests the most stunning sea and mountain views.

The interior is a perfect place for guests to relax and unwind. It offers a bright and inviting lounge area equipped with comfy seating and TV and a well facilitated kitchen and dining area. The front terrace is a wonderful addition fitted with lush lawned grass, sun loungers and beautiful outdoor dining area completing this wonderful holiday home. 

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked

LOCATION:

The villas at San Miguel Village share an exclusive pool area right on the sea front. Only owners and their guests have access to this privileged area, so you can be guaranteed it will be peaceful and quiet. The pool is heated in the winter. Sun beds and poolside showers are provided. Enjoying one of the best locations in the area, when you’re sat in the garden its hard to believe that the resort centre is just a 2 minute walk around the corner! In the Golf Del Sur resort centre you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants – many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more! A lovely sea front walk, past the complex swimming pool takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.
