➤ CHECK-IN AND CITY TAX
All guests, including Czech citizens, are required by law to complete an online check-in form before check-in. This includes providing ID information and paying a city tourist tax. You will receive a link to complete the necessary information.

➤ GUEST COUNT
Make sure to always book for the correct number of guests. The apartment will be prepared for the number of guests you booked.

➤ CHILD SAFETY
Please note that while the apartment is family-friendly, it has not been childproofed. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safety during their stay.

➤ EXTRA SERVICES upon request
-Baby traveler kit (baby cot, high chair, surprise toy) - 500 CZK (~€20). Must be requested no later than day before arrival
-Late check-out until 13:00 - 500 CZK(~€20), must be requested no later than day before arrival
-Parking in the city centre (limited capacity) - 600 CZK (~€24) per night, in case we are fully -booked we are happy to provide a discount with our partners - Mr.Parkit.

➤ RULES & FEES
-Smoking - 5 000 CZK (~€200). Smoking inside the property is not allowed. If this rule is violated, a fee will be charged to cover professional ozone odor removal.
-Loss of keys - 2 500 CZK (~€100)
-Emergency door opening (in case the door closed shut with the keys left inside the apartment) - 500CZK (~€20)
- Check-in & City Tax
Before arriving, please complete the online check-in form and provide all requested personal information.
A city tax of 55 Kč per person per night is not included in the price of your stay and is payable during online check-in.

- Baby cot
A baby cot is available upon request for an additional fee of 500 CZK (~€20).

- Smoking
Smoking inside the property is not allowed. If this rule is violated, a fee will be charged 5000 CZK (~€200)

- Loss of keys
The guest will be responsible for the replacement of the locks and New keys for the sum of 2500 CZK (~€100)

- The fee for opening the door when a guest forgot the keys to the apartment: ~€20 euro
