The Oval by spires corporate and leisure stays
The Oval is situated at the end of a quiet residential cul de sac in Swadlincote, close to the dry ski slope, Conkers and Champneys day spa.
The property consists of 2 bedrooms, a large room with a double bed, and a twin room with 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a lounge/dining area, access to the private rear garden, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine and a downstairs toilet. The driveway to the front of the property will accommodate 2 vehicles.
Important: Please forward your email address to (link in booking confirmation letter) as soon as possible. The lead booker is required to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie. Our refundable damage deposit of £100 will be invoiced directly with a link for payment. Your refund will be returned within 14 days of departure.
Strictly no charging of EVs is allowed and if discovered will implement immediate vacation of the property
No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter the property unless permission has been granted
Guests are requested to respect the hike in all fuel costs and the costs of running the property and not to have the heating on whilst the windows are open, leave the heating on when they are out, or leave the lights on.
The property is for the use of the registered guests only and no visitors or additional guests are allowed in the property without prior approval
