About this property
Ty Mor Wennol - Five Bedroom House, Sleeps 10
Magnificent contemporary house and annexe in an elevated position commanding superb coastal views for families to enjoy. You can relax inside and out with decadent terraces, a hot tub and a private path down to the secluded sandy bay and sea. Walk into Aberdovey (0.5 miles) with its miles of sandy beach, sample the culinary delights in the cafes, pubs and restaurants, visit the independent shops, take your clubs to the 18-hole championship golf course, go walking in the hills or along the coast. Enjoy sailing and boat trips and join the scenic cycle routes. Climb Cadair Idris’s summit in Snowdonia National Park, visit Dolgoch Falls, Craig yr Aderyn, an SSSI renowned for birds, and go underground with Corris Mine Explorers to name but a few of the attractions, all within 9 miles.
Arrive at this gorgeous house, embrace the views and start exploring. There is the main house with space for everyone to gather and the benefit of a separate studio-style annexe. The utility boot room is at the back of the house, perfect for your outdoor attire, along with a separate WC. Walk into the front entrance of the house with natural light flooding in, walk through the hall, pass the piano and head up to the light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with access to the sun deck. If eating in, the kitchen is a sociable space. When the meal is ready the dining table is the perfect setting for everyone to gather around. The view from the deck and towards the sea is breathtaking. After a full day out, the lounge is perfect for relaxing on the comfortable sofas, lighting the wood burner for cosy nights in and watching the Smart TV. If you fancy settling down to watch a film head to the snug which features comfortable seating, a second Smart TV and blackout facilities. When ready for bed choose from five gorgeous bedrooms all with lovely views and designed with your comfort in mind. On the ground floor, there are two beautiful twin bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms with super-king-size beds, en-suite shower rooms and balconies. The fifth bedroom is in the annexe. Walk through the utility on the ground floor and out to the annexe with a lounge area, comfy seating, Smart TV, a bathroom and a double bed. This is a unique and delightful house to retreat and relax with all your creature comforts in a stunning coastal location.
Explore the attractive landscaped gardens from sunrise to sunset. Relax the top of the garden in the hot tub on the deck with sun loungers, meander down the path to the side deck with table and chairs and sun parasol, and walk round to outdoor sofas and egg chair outside the open plan living area. If you fancy walking down to the bay stroll down the path, accessed from the parking area opposite the house, winding your way to the gate. Open the gate, check before stepping out on to the road, walk over the road and bridge to the grassed area leading down to the bay. Please note children must be supervised at all times in this unique garden. There is space for bikes and paddleboard in the garden. This property provides comfort and relaxation throughout the year, where warmth and comfort come together to create the perfect getaway. Picture yourself gathered around the cosy woodburner, the gentle crackle of the flames providing a soothing backdrop as you relax and unwind. The atmosphere is enhanced by the bubbling hot tub, inviting you to step outside wrapped up in a luxury dressing gown and indulge in a soak under the stars.
