Location: our house is located in a quiet residential street less than a 10 minutes drive from Leeds City Centre, close to lots of bus stops with regular buses into the centre.

Free street parking for multiple vehicles right outside the front door.
4 Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Our ground-floor bedroom is equipped with two single beds, ensuring that everyone in your group has a cosy and convenient sleeping space. This feature makes it an ideal choice for families with children or elderly individuals who may prefer easy accessibility.
Bedroom 2: The master bedroom of our home boasts a comfortable double bed, assuring you a restful night's sleep, ideal for sharing adults.
You can relax and unwind in this well-appointed room, knowing that you'll wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start your day.
Bedroom 3: Designed with guest convenience in mind , this is a twin room, boasting two single beds, ideal for children or young adults.
Bedroom 4: An additional bedroom with just a single bed. ideal for somebody who wants their own private space during the stay.
Our house offers ample storage options in all of our bedrooms. Each room is equipped with hanging rails and drawers, providing convenient and practical storage solutions for your belongings. You can easily organise and store your clothing and personal items, ensuring a neat and clutter-free living space during your stay.

Our kitchen is packed with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. In addition, our dining area has enough seating for 6 people, ensuring that everyone can dine together and have a convenient and enjoyable dining experience.

Living area features a 50 inches Smart LED TV for you to enjoy your favourite channels or series.
Private garden:
Our house features a private garden with outdoor seating, designed with your comfort in mind, especially for the summer season.
