The space
Our home features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare your meals. The living area is furnished with a luxurious red leather couch, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed with the softest, freshest linen imaginable. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and a TV is provided for your entertainment.

A variety of restaurants and cafes are just a 2-5 minute walk from the property. Whether you’re in the mood for beer, Chinese cuisine, cakes, fish, sandwiches, or Turkish food, you’ll surely find something to satisfy your palate. Or simply use the property's fully-equipped kitchen to make a home-cooked meal!

The communal garden out front is maintained by the council. It is cut short around the edges next to the path and it is left to grow in the middle. I believe this is in line with recommendations about not cutting grass too regularly to support insect life.

Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation.

Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.

This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.

If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.
