The villa is newly furnished in 2024, surrounded by some of the world-class golf courses in the Costa del Sol and a 8-min drive to Puerto Banus.

The exterior has a private swimming-pool with sun loungers, fantastic BBQ, and an alfresco dining. The community is extremely safe, with a concierge.

The interior includesa very spacious open-plan lounge where you will find a neat kitchen with an island bar, and five bedrooms with three-and-half bathrooms.

Fully refundable 07 days

Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.

We request 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.

Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 7 days prior to arrival.

This deposit is fully refundable within 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM.

We charge 10€ extra for baby crib and high chair per day.

We charge 35€ for an extra bed per day.

Final cleaning is included in the quotation.

Guests can cancel free of charge until 07 days before arrival.

There will be no refund offered if reservation is cancelled within 07 days before intended arrival.
