About this property
Our Wee Eden - Rothesay
Ground floor flat in a traditional Scottish tenement, which is over 150 years old on the outside but decorated with a modern look on the inside. It is situated next door to the health centre, directly across the road from the Leisure centre - ideal for an early morning workout or swim. Within 100 metres of the Fire Station and the Hospital and only half a mile to the Rothesay Ferry and Town Centre and even closer to Bute Yard.
Forming part of the building which was situated on Eden Place - hence the title we have given the property - street now known as High Street
We love how fresh and clean the property is, when we visit it just feels so relaxing as we walk in the front door.
People choosing to spend some time here will love how quiet and peaceful it is but still next to everything.

About the host
Hosted by Mark Lynn

We are from Central Scotland, we became accidental hosts during circumstances driven by the Covid Pandemic. We love it when people love spending time in our holiday homes. The best feeling is when people give feedback that they feel like a home from home as that is what we are aiming for.
Why they chose this property
We love Rothesay, this is the second flat we have bought there. Our first flat proved too successful and we couldn’t get to spend time there ourselves - so we decided to buy another at auction and bring it to a good standard while still respecting the building which is approaching being 200 years old.
What makes this property unique
We hope that we have renovated to a good standard and delivered the basics but we are open to suggestions, if you book with us and there is something that is missing we will do our best to source it for you.
